The Mount Morris Park neighborhood was home to many great composers and performing artists of America’s early 20th century popular music. Before World War I, the neighborhood was one of the largest Jewish communities in the world. Simultaneously, the African-American community to the north was fostering its own musical talents. Join Harlem historian John Reddick on a walking tour of the historic district.
